Tanushree Dutta has been in the news last month due to the whole Khali controversy. I mean how dare he choose Shama Sikander over her?? Doesn’t he know Nana Pathekar tried to feel her up on the set of their movie ‘Horn OK Please‘ that’s how in demand she is!!

Rama-The saviour is her upcoming movie it is a completely action oriented role for which she learnt Taekwondo.Her next relaease, is the urban comedy titled Saas Bahu and Sensex.The film has been directed by Shona Urvashi(Rules-Pyar Ka Superhit Formula) and also stars Kirron Kher, Masumi Makhija and Lillete Dubey.The film looks into the unlikely investors in India’s stock market.It is a comedy and Tanushree hopes this genre might prove to be lucky for her unlike her previous comedy attempt(Dhol).The film is special as it marks the entry of Warner Bros into Indian territory.

The film is slated to release on September 12th,2008.Mark your calenders people.

Tanushree is not just another dumb Bollywood bimbette.She has a degree in commerce and is quite articulate about current affairs. She recently said, “Given the opportunity I would love to work as a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations and travel far and wide to bring about peace and harmony. I’m very concerned about the problems that face mankind today and want to contribute in whatever way I can to solve them.”

Ask her about her dream role, she says she wants to do something extreme.“My dream role would be that of a drug addict or a psychotic woman, something on the extreme side,” she says, “I am also crazy about Shah Rukh Khan and hope to work with him someday.”

Well would SRK do a role opposite a psychotic drug addict?!!This would be interesting…..
